Frederick Wuestner Jr. was born August 18, 1949, in Philadelphia. He and his wife Linda had two children, Gregory and Patricia, and seven grandchildren.

With symptoms beginning in mid-March of 2019 and after 3 weeks of testing, Fred was diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) and passed away May 9, 2019, at the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown.
