"What Patton Means To Me"
What Patton Means To Me”
In “64”,
Through these very doors.
A young man walked within.
Was something new,
Not accustom to,
His new life to begin.
His father passed,
A pain that last,
Until this day in time.
Left his family,
And his friends you see,
Yes left them, all behind.
This wild young man,
Didn’t understand,
The nature of his ways.
Was led by few,
And shaped into,
The man you see today.
Along the way,
And still today,
New friends he would make.
This brotherhood,
Of all that’s good.
Was there for his to take.
All through the years,
The laughs the tears,
He remembers well.
The moments shared,
With those that cared,
As their stories tell.
Within these walls,
And hallowed halls,
We come, and if like me.
We come to share,
To all that care,
What Patton means to me.
