The purpose of the Masonic Homes Patton School Alumni Association is to hold meetings, dinners, picnics, and may hold or sponsor other activities to provide opportunities for Members, Families, and Friends to gather together to promote, maintain, and perpetuate friendships and camaraderie with former residents of the Masonic Homes Children's Home and with former students of Patton Masonic School, both of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. The alumni association also fosters and advances the mission of the Children's Home.

Any former resident of the Children's Home and/or former student of Patton School is eligible for membership. Current residents of the Children's Home are eligible for membership in the year of their graduation from High School.
